1. What we collect
We collect your account email address and the profile information you choose to provide: pseudonym, height, gender, date of birth, city and state, bio, interests, relationship preferences, lifestyle tags, occupation, prompts, and optional faith and political-preference fields. We also store photos and height-verification submissions you upload.
2. How we use your information
We use this information to operate the service: create and show profiles, apply your filters, facilitate connections, messaging, photo-reveal requests, events, availability matching, token balances, verification, support, and community safety. We keep records of connection, message, reveal, event, token, report, block, moderation, and account activity needed to provide these features. We do not sell personal information or use member content to train AI models.
3. Photos and blur
Photos are stored in a private storage bucket. We create blurred variants for display, and photos begin blurred to other members. A member may request a reveal; the photo owner decides whether to approve it. Height-verification photos are reviewed for verification and are not displayed as ordinary profile photos.
4. Pseudonymity
We never display your real name to other members. Your pseudonym is chosen during onboarding and is your identity on the platform. Your email address is never visible to other members.
5. Data retention
You can request deletion in Settings. We delete or de-identify account content that we can remove from the live service, subject to records we need for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and payment administration. Payment records are handled by Stripe and may be retained under its policies. Do not rely on deletion to remove information another member has already copied or shared outside Tall Order.
6. Security
We use Supabase to host application data and private file storage, Stripe to process payments, Vercel Analytics for aggregate product measurements, Sentry for error monitoring, and email providers to send account and service messages. These providers process data only as needed to provide their services. We use encryption in transit and provider-managed protections at rest; access is limited to operating and securing Tall Order. No system is perfectly secure.
7. Choices and contact
You can update much of your profile in Settings, remove photos, block members, unsubscribe from availability-nudge emails, or request access, correction, or deletion by emailing admin@wasatchwise.com. Questions about privacy can be sent there as well.
